Spawn in General
One problem that I see is the ability for mobs to attack players inside the spawn. For new players who first come onto PlagueCraft and find it night, this can be very irritating. I'm not sure what can be done to fix this, but if a admin or mod has time they should see what they can do. Also, the cobblestone writing at the edge of spawn saying "Anarchy PlagueCraft" or whatever has become a major eyesore. Endermen continually are taking it apart, making it unreadable and very ugly.
Also, perhaps the signs that the rules are on should be moved, as you have to go around them to get to the staircase that will lead to whatever is in the basement of the spawn. Feedback is welcome to these ideas

The problem with new players is that they are stupid. They do the same damn thing every time. They run straight out of spawn (where almost all the pvp happens) Every single person who is in my base got there in one try because they ran off the back or one of the sides. It is quite perplexing to see the new players continually run into the iron armor and diamond swords which could be avoid by going another way. It is not like spawn is a hallway it is just a single point.

True. Perhaps the one direction problem could be solved by adding multiple paths leading out from spawn building, not just outside the spawn building. Ok,the red wool paths are hard to miss, but as you said : new players are stupid.

A problem I run into with spawns on servers in general is that you can't find your way out of the city. This spawn is very good in that respect

What about the area in spawn where lava can be placed. Just today I was killed in spawn by lava.

That needs to be fixed ASAP lolz. Yes, more exits from spawn building inside would help
