Bitter mod?

Yesterday I spent a few mins on chat trying to find out who made the massive obsidian structure with all the lava falls. No one told me so I took a stack of obsidian from the outer edge. It took me 16 mins to do it,(being 15 sec per block) and all I got for my effort was a single obsidian block placed over the chest that housed the stack along with the missing stack this morning when I logged on. 
Granted, my base is only 10k away from spawn, but nothing other than that one stack of obsidian was taken. And believe you me, there was plenty of other stuff to take =P

The obby squares are for tournys. These are hosted on the weekends. The times are posted somewhere but I'm not sure where.
